Hello and welcome. I am a qualified and accredited integrative/humanistic counsellor working from therapy rooms in the centre of Bromley, a short walk from Bromley South station. I am also a qualified counselling supervisor.

I have been working in the social care sector for over 10 years and counselling for 8 years. The counselling models I work from believe that growth and change are possible for all and that mind-body-spirit are interconnected.

Choosing a counsellor can be difficult and I am happy to answer any questions you have via email or phone. It can also be good to arrange a no obligation first meeting so you can decide if I am the right counsellor or supervisor for you.

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes at the cost of £40. Concessions are sometimes available.

Central Bromley is easily accessible by bus and train from many surrounding areas such as Lewisham, Orpington, Beckenham, Croydon, Crystal Palace, Eltham and Sidcup, as well as being on the direct train line from many other Kent and South East London stations. Parking is also available.

I am committed to providing counselling and therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
